In the past few months, we have largely concentrated on our mobile version as we have released our iOS and Android apps. Due to this we had to focus a little less on our website. Though that was only temporary; today we have unveiled our new gem!

A better experience for our iPad and Android tablet users
This is one of the main reasons that guided our redesign; there are more and more of you which are buying your train tickets on your tablet. We must admit that our website wasn’t really optimised for this. So when we started with our redesign we kept this in mind as a priority. We needed to be completely tablet optimised. For instance, the proportions have changed and our interaction elements have been enlarged. In short, everything has been designed with your tablet in mind. We want you to have the best possible experience ever.
Our goal has always been to provide you with a service that allows you to buy your train tickets when you want, where you want and in the way you want. Restrictions aren’t really our thing. So this new design is another step towards making it all possible for you.
Dozens of improvements
They might not all jump out at you at once, however we took advantage of this redesign to be able to address many of the issues raised by our users. For instance, it is now much easier to add and edit passengers, plus we have made our website much more first time user friendly. So dear newbies, we hope that you feel right at home!
A new appearance
Changing the design of your website is much like tearing down your teenage-era bedroom wallpaper, it can be tough at first but it’s rarely regretted. The appearance of our website has always been quite similar to what we launched with in 2011. After three years of loyal service, it was time that we modernised the older interface without losing its simplicity or functionality.
