You can now hop on a train from London St Pancras or Ashford International and find yourself in the south of France within 6 hours. Eurostar has just launched a direct train service for this upcoming summer. It will run once a week from London St Pancras or Ashford International, directly to Avignon, France. The weekly service will depart every Saturday, which will give you just enough time for at least one week of wine, cheese and sightseeing in this historic centre of southern France.
Head south to the sunshine
The outbound trains departing London St Pancras and Ashford International will commence on 28 June 2014 and run until 6 September 2014. Return trains will begin on 5 July 2014 until 13 September 2014.
